Landscape Construction Technician

Candidate ideally has a minimum of 2 years’ experience managing installation crews.  More importantly, you take pride in providing your customers with meticulous workmanship that will guarantee years of solid structures and natural beauty to their property.  In particular, you want to be part of a team and grow in your career.

You must possess knowledge of or interest in sustainable installation practices, including proper hardscape construction (walks and patios, retaining walls, ponds) and softscape enhancement (site preparation and plantings).   We will train to a variety of company standards and procedures.

Valid driver’s license, Spanish speaking and skid steer operating skills are a plus.  This is a great opportunity to work for an honest and reliable firm that will provide career advancement, skills and safety training.  Hourly compensation is commensurate with experience plus incentives including holiday pay and 401k.

Landscape Maintenance Technician

Candidate takes pride in caring for your clients’ properties and projecting a positive image of the company. Previous lawn care experience, valid drivers’s license, and bi-lingual skills a plus. Hourly compensation is commensurate with experience plus incentives including holiday pay and 401k.

Landscape Construction Foremen

You must possess knowledge of sustainable installation practices, including proper hardscape construction (walks and patios, retaining walls, ponds) and softscape enhancement (site preparation and plantings).   You also must demonstrate leadership skills, customer service abilities, and training experience.  We will train to a variety of company standards so you must be flexible in the way you conduct construction processes.

Personal Gardener

This position is a daily, outdoor, hands-on opportunity to use healthy, organic techniques to create pride and comfort for your clients.  But this is not a hobby—you must be well organized and outgoing in order to manage your accounts financially and technically.  Office work includes time management, proposal writing, client management, and research and development of the company’s sustainable practices.

This position requires a degree in horticulture or similarly accredited certificate.  It also requires a demonstrable knowledge of plant ID, ecology, Integrated Pest Management, and horticultural planting and care techniques including vegetable gardening.  Design, sales and business skills are a plus, but will train to company standards. Hourly compensation based upon experience plus commission, plus incentives.

Summer Intern —– Now taking applications!

We provide a variety of work to keep you busy including brewing and applying compost tea, weeding, and assisting construction and maintenance teams.  Must be able to lift heavy loads, work in the heat and have reliable transportation.  In return you will receive good pay (no minimum wage around here), pre-requested days off and improve your Spanish!  Our crews are the best in the biz and hard-working young people will be welcomed.
